 Committee Objective

To assist Agencies with the opportunities afforded by the passage of SC 48-52-670 authorizing guaranteed energy, water and wastewater savings contracts for a duration of more than one year, the Office of State Engineer has formed the Energy Performance Contract Document Committee to make recommendations on procurement processes and documentation.
